College of Fellows 101: Preparing to Apply

February 21, 2012 by Heather Ritchey
The PRSA College of Fellows recognizes public relations professionals with more than 20 years of experience who have left a legacy of excellence in the profession. With 450 members, the College of Fellows represents professionals who are committed to giving back to PRSA by offering its expertise and guidance to PRSA leaders, Society members and the profession through mentoring, education and volunteerism.

To join the College of Fellows, applicants must have 20-plus years of experience and be Accredited in Public Relations (APR). Hosts Mary Graybill and Nancy Wood discuss the application process, provide suggestions for submitting a stronger application, offer information about the GoodFellows program and how experienced Fellows can coach you through the process, and answer questions to give you a better understanding of what it means to be a Fellow.

Mary Graybill, APR, Fellow PRSA, is a principal at Graybill Communications. Nancy Wood, APR, Fellow PRSA, is principal at Communications Consultants.
